Delete your Boundary Live account

You can delete your account and personal details at any time, from the website or the Android app.

Delete it yourself

  1. Log inOpen Boundary Live and log in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account settingsTap your name or photo at the top, then Account settings.
  3. Delete my accountScroll to the bottom, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. It happens straight away.

Can't log in?

Email boundrylive@ce.digital from the email address on your account, or tell us your mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted and what stays

Deleted straight away: your login, email address, mobile number, password, notification settings and devices, profile photo, date of birth, city, country, nickname and bio.

Kept: your name and the runs, wickets and catches on scorecards of matches you played, because those records belong to both teams. Email us if you also want your name replaced on scorecards.
